PRODUCT DETAILS

STRYQ White Running Socks are designed for runners who want comfort, support and durability on every mile. Whether you're training for your first 5K, building weekly mileage or preparing for race day, the right running socks can make a huge difference to your comfort and performance.

Unlike standard everyday socks, running socks are designed to help manage moisture, reduce friction and provide targeted support where runners need it most. A poor-quality sock can lead to hotspots, discomfort and blisters, while a purpose-built running sock helps keep your feet comfortable for longer.

Our lightweight nylon construction provides a comfortable feel while breathable mesh zones help improve airflow and temperature regulation. Terry cushioning in key impact areas helps reduce friction and absorb impact, while the supportive arch and bridge structure helps keep the sock securely in place throughout your run.

The toe seam features our STRYQ slogan, "STRIKE EVERY STEP", serving as a reminder that every mile, every training session and every run counts.

  • Breathable mesh ventilation zones
  • Terry cushioned impact protection
  • Supportive arch and bridge structure
  • Hand-linked toe construction for comfort

COTTON VS PERFORMANCE

WHY RUNNING SOCKS MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Your socks sit between your skin and shoe for every stride. Everyday cotton absorbs and holds sweat, while running-specific materials and construction are designed to manage moisture, reduce friction and add support where your foot needs it.

WHY COTTON CAN LET YOU DOWN

01
MOISTURECotton absorbs sweat and dries slowly, leaving fabric damp against the foot.
02
FRICTIONDamp fabric and softened skin can increase rubbing and the risk of blisters.
03
SUPPORTEveryday cotton socks usually offer little targeted support through the arch.
04
FITGeneral-purpose socks can bunch, shift or lose shape more easily when wet.

WHAT STRYQ BUILDS IN

01

MOISTURE MANAGEMENT

A nylon-rich technical knit is designed to move moisture away from the skin and dry faster than cotton.

02

VENTILATION ZONES

Mesh sections and toe ventilation improve airflow through areas that build heat while you run.

03

TARGETED CUSHIONING

Terry cushioning adds comfort through high-impact areas without making the whole sock excessively thick.

04

ARCH + CUFF SUPPORT

Herringbone arch support and a supportive cuff help the sock feel more structured and stay securely in place.
