STRYQ founder Martin knows what it takes to start again. After losing over 13 stone through consistency, movement and mindset, running became part of his identity.
That experience shaped the brand. STRYQ was not created around elite-only performance or a polished idea of what a runner should look like. It was built around the reality that progress can begin anywhere — from a first jog to a long run, a local race or a new personal best.
The aim is to make running gear that supports that progress without becoming another distraction. Simple kit. Useful details. Products that earn their place on the next run.
WHY STRYQ EXISTS
