Dispatch Times

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving payment.

During busy periods, dispatch times may vary slightly, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


Delivery Partners

All orders are delivered via Royal Mail or Evri, depending on your location and the most efficient service available.
Some items may also be fulfilled and shipped directly through our trusted logistics partner, The Collective, to ensure faster delivery.


Delivery Timeframes

  • United Kingdom: 2–3 working days after dispatch

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by country but are typically 5–10 working days

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Costs

We charge a flat shipping fee for both UK and international deliveries.
Exact costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


Missing or Delayed Orders

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at team@stryq.co.uk within 3 working days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll contact the carrier and investigate the issue promptly.

If your parcel is confirmed as lost after investigation, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their local authorities.
Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, which is outside our control.


Order Tracking

All orders are sent via tracked delivery. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and link to follow its progress.
