STRYQ Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident with every STRYQ purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns Window

You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer rights.

Condition of Returns

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • Unused and in a resalable condition

  • In the original packaging with all tags or seals intact

Returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by STRYQ may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please email us at team@stryq.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
Attach a photo or short video showing the issue so our team can review it quickly.
If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened.
This includes products with a hygiene seal, such as the running vest with bottle.
If the bottle’s packaging or hygiene seal has been broken, we’re unable to accept the return unless it’s faulty.

How to Start a Return

To begin your return, email us at team@stryq.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • The reason for return

  • Any supporting photos (if damaged or faulty)
