Every STRYQ product comes with a free 6 month warranty. We build our belts and vests to last, but if something ever goes wrong, we’ll sort it quickly and with no hassle. Stitching issues, material faults or performance problems are all covered.
We’re a small UK running brand and we stand by every item we make. Looking after our runners is a big part of who we are.

FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Warranty Length
All STRYQ products include a 6 month limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery.
2. What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects in
- Stitching
- Materials
- Manufacturing faults
- Hardware or components that fail under normal use
If a covered issue occurs, STRYQ will repair or replace the product at no cost.
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to
- Damage caused by misuse or intentional harm
- Cuts, tears or accidents unrelated to manufacturing
- Normal wear and tear from running, washing or daily use
- Fading, stretching or cosmetic changes over time
- Damage caused by not following care instructions
- Products altered, repaired or modified by the customer
- Lost or stolen items
4. Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt or email) is required for all warranty claims.
5. Registration Requirement
To receive priority support and full warranty benefits, products should be registered through the STRYQ warranty form.
Unregistered products will still be assessed, but processing may take longer.
6. Assessment Process
All warranty claims will be reviewed by the STRYQ support team.
We may request photos or videos to help assess the issue.
If a defect is confirmed, STRYQ will
- Repair the item, or
- Replace it with the same model or closest available alternative
STRYQ reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
7. Shipping
In most cases, customers are responsible for returning the item for inspection.
If the claim is approved, STRYQ will cover outbound shipping for the repaired or replacement item.
8. Limitations
This warranty
- Applies only to the original purchaser
- Cannot be transferred
- Does not extend beyond the 6 month coverage period
9. Consumer Rights
This warranty does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.
You may have additional rights that vary depending on where you live.
